Prohibited uses
Do not use Web Services for:
- Spam or unsolicited abusive bulk messaging.
- Phishing, credential theft, or fraud.
- Malware distribution.
- Unlawful activity.
- Impersonation intended to deceive.
- Harassment or abusive conduct.
- Attempts to compromise FoxCreek, a provider, a customer, or a third-party system.
- Malicious scanning or exploitation.
- Activity that materially disrupts service availability or other customers.
Protect accounts and systems
Keep account and mailbox credentials secure. If you suspect an account compromise or see activity covered by this policy, report it to support@foxcreektechnologies.com. Provide enough detail for the team to identify the affected account or service; do not email passwords or payment-card details.
How concerns are handled
FoxCreek may investigate reports or evidence of serious abuse or a violation of this policy. Depending on the circumstances, FoxCreek may restrict, suspend, or terminate associated services. This policy does not imply continuous content review or automated abuse enforcement.
